Kuwait Deals (“we”, “our”) operates the Facebook Page, WhatsApp Channel, Instagram presence, and partner portal at kuwaitdeals.duckdns.org. This policy explains what information we handle when you use our pages, partner portal, or related Meta apps (including Kuwait Deals Poster).

What we collect

We do not sell personal data. Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Public product information (title, price, images, affiliate links) scraped or submitted for deal posts.
• Partner account details you provide (email and password hash) to use the partner portal.
• Billing identifiers from Stripe if you subscribe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Page and channel access tokens that you, the Page admin, paste into the private admin panel — used only to publish deal posts on your connected Page, WhatsApp Channel, or Instagram account.
• Technical logs (timestamps, error messages) needed to run the posting bot.

When you view our Facebook Page or WhatsApp Channel, Meta also processes data under Meta’s privacy policy.

How we use it

We use this information only to:

• Publish deal posts with images or video and a public product link.
• Operate partner submissions and subscriptions.
• Authenticate the Page admin and keep the bot running.

Sharing

Posts are public on the channels you connect. We do not sell personal information. Hosting and payment providers (for example the server that runs this site, and Stripe) may process data as processors to provide those services.

Retention

Partner accounts remain until you ask us to delete them. Posted content stays on Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram until removed from those platforms. Admin tokens stay in server configuration until you replace or revoke them.
